We Start with a Quote
Every repair is different. We start by assessing the nature of the repair needed- we investigate the damage, including any interior evidence of water entering the building. We also assess the type of roof, its age, and the materials used. A flat metal roof will require a different type of repair compared to a traditional sloped shingle roof.
During the quote we determine:
The materials used for the roof (3-tab shingles, single-ply membrane, architectural shingles, metal, etc.)
The shape and measurements of the area requiring repair
Any other structural or special requirements, such as access considerations
The scope of the required work needed to complete the repair.
Our quote is done on-site to ensure that it is accurate and properly considers all aspects of the repair, including estimated timelines to complete the project.

We Begin the Repair
With our quote approved, we then get to work repairing your roof on a date that is convenient for you. The time to complete the repair, as well as what steps and considerations are needed (i.e.- access requirements, elevation, equipment used, etc.) will be outlined in the quote.
We inspect the repair at different phases throughout the process as part of our Total Quality Management Program. This ensures consistent quality of work and a final result that you can depend on.
Final Inspection & Clean Up
Once we have completed the repair, we do a final inspection and then begin cleaning up. As part of our commitment to providing excellent service, we ensure that the area we work in is as clean or cleaner than when we arrived.
