Our addition had leaking flashing. Tidewater Roofing who is the first to send out an estimator who was on time and very efficient. The bid came in and the job was scheduled within a couple of weeks. The job was done quickly, neatly and was done well. We have had several rains since getting our roof repaired and no problems now nor do we anticipate future issues. Tidewater Roofing was recommended to us by an insurance adjuster, which says quite a bit about them. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

It's hard to find help nowadays that go beyond their duties and today we had the pleasure of meeting Kris after calling in a roofing repair. He helped one of our residents at our community troubleshoot a much bigger problem while checking roof repairs today. My experience with contractors anymore don't concern themselves with customer care to this degree anymore. Kris was a pleasure to work with today.

Okay, we all know that replacing a roof is an important thing. Getting the right company to do it is critical. You pay a lot for the roof and it needs to last. You depend on the company to get it done right. This is where Tidewater Roofing made a difference for me. I did get several estimates. I looked online and asked friends. Tidewater Roofing was dependable and timing in everything they did for me. When they came with the crew, it was a well oiled machine. These gentlemen were hard working and considerate to my home. I have an extensive landscaped yard. They were thoughtful in how they went about replacing the roof. If you have owned a home for any length of time, replacing a roof in inevitable. So you won't it right! I got the nicest roof and got the best job!! They replaced several sheets of plywood as well. Their cost did not change over the original estimate. They did an unbelievable job cleaning any debris. They have this machine with a magnet that picks up any nails.. etc. They replaced my roof 4 years ago. To this day I have probably only found maybe 5 nails left behind. That is amazing. I have referred them since and will continue to reply on them in the future. We cannot say enough good things about this company! We received excellent customer service, someone was always there to answer our questions, or returned our phone calls promptly. The crew arrived right on time on the day of installation, went right to work and had the new roof done in 3 hours. They really helped us to take care of our leaking problem around the chimney, even installed a custom flashing, so we don't have this problem again. We would certainly recommend this roofing company to anyone needing a new roof.

This is a long overdue review of a roof and carefree gutter installation in 2018. The price of the roof and the gutters was very competitive, the install was perfect and we have had no issues with the roof or gutters. We actually thought we had a leak a few months ago, and when we called, a technician was out in less than 24 hours. He found it was a piece of siding on the house that had come loose and was letting water into the attic. The technician took pictures so we could see the problem, sealed the gap with a temporary fix (even though it wasn’t a roof problem) and there was no charge. Outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!

I was very pleased with this company from the start . Ricky Comer was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time explaining and showing me things that needed to be done. He addressed all of my concerns and was only a phone call away throughout the process. Jeff the foreman worked with me throughout the day of installation as I have 3 dogs that needed to go out during the day.
